My name is Dayangku Noorhisham. My mum is Alice Minda Crocker and my grandfather is William Michael Crocker, his father was Harold Brooke Crocker. Apparently, my Great grandfather was sort of adopted by Charles Vyner and was his Private Secretary. My Great Great Grandfather, was William Maunder Crocker and he was the resident of Sabah for a while. The Crocker range in Sabah was named after him.
I have always been interested in finding my family's background and any info would be great..

Came across your website. WMC is my great-grandfather. Read that you have a copy of the newspaper article about his demise.Would be very happy to have a scanned copy sent to me. I intend to visit his gravesite, but I do not know where it is. His son, Harold Brooke Crocker, also worked in the service of Rajah Brooke in the kingdom of Sarawak, until his death in 1941, HBC is buried in Kuching (Sarawak). HBC had 6 children, my late father, William Michael Crocker, was the 2nd eldest. I have a record of WMC's service in Sarawak. If you want a copy, i can send it.
In anticipation,
Wendel Crocker (Sarawak-East Malaysia)
